You launched the new delivery radius feature yesterday. I went into settings and put in five miles for our delivery radius. But now, whenever anyone tries to order delivery the website tells them that are outside the delivery zone. I’ve put in multiple address that are well within the five miles but it always says “sorry we can’t deliver to that address”

Thanks for your patience - we are still getting some clarity on this from our Ecom Team. It looks like there may be a larger issue with the radius feature currently.

Are you looking to disable the delivery zone feature? If so, there's not a way to do it, regretfully.
I'm just curious about the delivery zone as there's no way to check and it difficult for me to make decision to move over from other delivery platform that I'm using. The one I'm using shows exactly what I can expect (see attached). What Square's partner offer to me is blind delivery zone. I cannot live with that.
Is there a way to check the delivery zone?
