How to create a % discount code AND free shipping?

I’m looking for a way to create a % discount code that also has free shipping. Because shoppers can only use one discount code I need to be able to combine these two offers. I can’t seem to work out how to do this though, as it looks like I can only do one or the other.

Suppose you're still looking for an option to apply a % discount with free shipping. In that case, you achieve this by first creating a discount code and configuring your Shipping Profile to apply a free shipping option once customers fulfil your order requirements.
