How to change font size on square register

Is there a way to enlarge or bold the font on the square register so as to make it more readable and stand out more?

Hello @Elagaypy1991 thanks for your question. I do not think this is adjustable. It looks like the only setting that may affect readability is changing the brightness (under Settings > Hardware > Main Display). Not sure if there would be some kind of add-on screen magnifier that would be made for using a laptop or computer screen that you could adapt to a register screen?

Hi, I think increasing the font size on Square Register or iPad would be a great feature. Not only making it easier for people who wear reading glasses but also it would be a way of making some items stand out, ie specials.

Is this possible for a future release?

The font is very small and hard to read. Changing the color alone isn't enough to help organize the screen with so many categories. There needs to be a way to upload a photo to the category button or make the font bigger. PLEASE!

I’m a first time user of square for restaurant from Clover

there is so much more that square could be improved.

1. make taking TOGO order simpler. There are so many step just to take 1 togo order.  

2. Live Sale report is not detailed.  It’s not even show each person sale, tip, or anything on the pos. 

3. Kitchen paper receipt is very small font. Not adjustable like clover system.
