Can you add funds to Square Card from Bank account?

This is a question for Canadian Square users.

Just ordered my square debit card. I understand all future transactions will now be deposited to the card (and not my bank account). My question: Is there a way to transfer funds from my bank account to my square card? I have a few automated transactions I want to move to the card and want to start with a larger balance then my forecasted transactions will deliver.

You can transfer funds from your Square balance to your linked bank account or card at any time using next-business-day or instant transfers. However, it isn't possible to transfer funds from a bank account to a Square Card for Canadian Sellers. However, this is possible for US Sellers through Square Checking - which isn't available in Canada at this time.
