How to: Option text and colour text not showing

Evening

I have been using the Options, : text and colour for my items as we have over 100 different variants between items.
How come it doesnt show the name beside the colour option?

Is there something im missing?

I'm not quite sure what this looks like on your end, but are you able to post a screenshot of how things are setup on the item back end, and also how they are appearing where the info you want to see isn't being displayed?

Hopefully I'll be able to get a bit more context from some screenshots! You could also try getting in touch with support for more help here - they will be able to take a better look into your account setup, which we're not able to do via our community forum.

hope that helps, when hovering or clicking on the colour variant it doesnt show. Only when you checkout it shows the colour name variant.

@StreetFame I ran a test and wasn't able to get text appearing in the product listing either - I'm not sure if this is working as intended or not, but the description of the option as "text and colour" seems to suggest both. I recommend getting in touch with support for more help here and possible file a bug report, depending on how the feature is supposed to work. You can call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

I'll also check in with our eCommerce team to see if I can get confirmation on this!

I received an email and also watched a video titled "Item options with square" and followed it step by step twice.
Still doesn't work, we need this option as our online store has over 500 variations in different items.
People at times need to match the name to the correct colour as some a very similar.
