Setting up variable pricing

We have an online bar. We want to offer discounted packages for drinks selected from a list of 7 items. Customers can choose a selection of different drinks or a quantity of the same drink

eg choose 2 items for $25, 4 items for $38 or 6 items for $55. 

Do we use modifiers or variance options? 

We need set limits for 2, 4 or 6 items per option

At this time, packages are a feature request with Square Online. However, you could set up a package with modifiers via a workaround.The caveat here is that it's not possible to select how many of the same drink can be selected, and that you'd have to create an item for each package you're offering e.g "4 drink deal", "6 drink deal" and so on. To get started:

1.Go to Items in your Square Online dashboard > select an item > scroll down to Modifiers > manage Modifiers.

2. From here click > Create New > Selecting from a list, to add the drink list available.

- To get around the fact that customers can't select how many drinks they're after, in case they want several of the same drink, you can add a text based modifier to allow customers to leave a note of what they're after. 

3. Select Save once you're done.
