How do I convert or set up my invoices and estimates to be sent in a PDF format? Apparently they are not being sent in that format am I company I do work for can’t accept them in this format.
You can do two things here. If you already sent them the invoice, you can choose the 3 dot menu button on the right hand side, and choose "download pdf". This way you can send them the same copy they have received in a pdf format.
Alternatively, for this customer , when creating the invoice if you scroll down to the Communication section, and choose Manually. This will allow you to create the invoice, download it in PDF and then email it to your customer.
