How do I reconcile refunds in Square with Quickbooks Online?

The problem I am having is that I can see the refund transaction in Square for a $560.23 sale with all the products and I can also see the Refund transacion I did 1 month later with all the products showing negative inventory tracking insquare.     When I sync Square transactons to Quickbook online using the  "Sync with Square" by by Intuit the sales transation and individual products sold are sync to quickbook correclty deducting my inventory in Quickbook for each product, but the refund transaction is not there in quickbook.   So now my sales in Quickbook ae inflated by $560.32 and my Inventory on Hand is short all the products I sold which are not being added back to the inventory htrough the refund. 
 
After researching this by a couple of days, it look like none of the refund transactions done in Square are in Quickbook.  here are my questions

1) Is this an know issue with the sync app form Intuit?.  How can I resolve this?

2) is there a way to recync the Refun Transaction only as all othr transaction are in Qucikbook already?

3) What reports can I run in Square to pull all the summary and details (Products) refudn transation to try to eitehr resync those into Quickbook with a manual import or manual set in quickbook

Hi,

 

I am trying to reconciles my transaction between square and Quickbook Online and I noticed that the the refund transations I did in Square are not being reflected in Quickbook, meaning a transaction for let said $500 in square for 5 products it show in squared as refunded and the refund transacuion button is show grayed out, but I do not see how that refund is reflected in the inventory trackign and when I download that transacion to quickbook it show as never refund it

Hey @gourmetantojito - If you completed the refund in Square then I recommend contacting QuickBooksOnilne Support team directly so they can help you navigate your QuickBooks account.
