I'm tired of my employees running a card offline and when it comes back online, I don't know it didn't get approved until I check my email after the end of business day. I have lost out of over 100 because of this. I have made sure all offlines are click OFF but it seems to pop back on and my guys don't see the red banner on the top since we are an outside business.
From your app's (not PC's) Dashboard, tap the three horizontal lines, then Settings, then Offline Mode. Tap the switch to toggle it to Off. Your problem is solved.
