Required Payment not working with Appointments

We require payment when people book their appointments and have been using this feature for a while. Recently people have been making appointments and no payment was happening. We checked all the settings and it is set to require payment, but it's still happening! HELP! Also, the notifications of the appointments being booked stopped.

Hey @KuttnKings! Quick question just to clarify: you do have the "Require Prepayment" option selected on your Appointments settings in the Dashboard, correct? Let me know for that part of your question.

 

Now on to the notifications- you should be receiving both an email and text notification when an appointment is booked with you. If you're not receiving either, I'd suggest calling our Customer Success Team so they can take a look at your account. When it comes to not receiving emails, they can look to see if there is a block preventing you from receiving Square emails.
