I have changed my delivery options based on km distance and since then, when customers try and place an order it says delivery not available in this location. Delivery is available as this is the local delivery area.
When I called Square, I was told it was because my shop hours are not open 24hours but the shop hours are the days delivery and pick up are available and this was not a problem previously. I have tried this when the shop is open and when it isn't and it both does not allow delivery. What am I doing wrong or what haven't I done? Need help urgently.

Is this happening for all orders, or just one customer in particular?
Depending on how you have things set up, customers will receive this message if they fall outside the delivery radius based on postcode or distance. Is the issue you're seeing here to do with radius or post code?
In either case I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team to take a further look into this one - they'll be able to see how things are set up on the account and take a look into things like addresses (which can't be shared on this forum for privacy reasons). If the issue is radius you can also test by expanding the radius a little and seeing if the system then allows the address!
