I sent an invoice to someone and they made an error while paying and they were told it was suspended

I am sorry your customer is having issues paying their invoice, I'm happy to assist. To clarify who advised the customer the invoice was suspended? You are not able to delete the invoice once it has been created and sent but you can cancel it. When you have a moment please provide us with more details.
