Customer Account Creation Problem

How to create customer account by using email address instead of phone number?

Hi @Astarry.  From the dashboard or from any POS you can add a customer account with both email and phone, only one of them, or none of them.  Now, if you are asking about a Loyalty account, that’s a different issue.  Currently, Square’s Loyalty program only work with a valid cell phone number that can accept a text message to confirm it.
