My company uses Square for a mobile services industry. Each employee has the POS on their phone. I have assigned them each device codes so we can track how much money each person has billed in a month. We recently acquired a new location (a brick-and-mortar location) and need to distinguish monies going into and out of each bank account. If employees log out of the POS app on their phones and then log back in using their email address, they are given the option to select a location in order to attribute their sales to the correct bank account. However, this causes their sales to be clumped into an "untracked user" and not able to be individualized in Reports. If they log out again and log back in using their device code, they cannot select locations, and any billing they do gets funneled into just one bank account. Is there a work around for this problem?

On their device, they click the more button and then scroll down to the very bottom and click switch location.
