We're using the square retail app on an iPad in a Square Stand connected to a Square Terminal which acts as a customer facing screen. All devices are fully up to date on their software updates.
I'm trying to setup a loyalty scheme, and everything looks fine in Dashboard - but the 'loyalty enrollment' screen does not appear on either device after checkout.

However, when I go to More > Settings > Loyalty - there is no "Customer check in on customer display" option.
Any advice or support on how to enable this feature would be great - we're currently on the trial of loyalty but if it won't integrate properly with the Square Stand and Square Terminal, it won't work for us.

As a first step, please sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Staff > Team > Permissions. Make sure Loyalty is enabled for each permission set that you use on your Square Stand and Terminal. If Loyalty isn’t toggled on for a given set, you won’t see the “Customer check-in on customer display” setting when you’re signed in using a passcode assigned to that group.
Once you’ve confirmed Loyalty is enabled, restart your devices, sign out of the Retail app, sign back in, and install any pending updates.
If the “Customer check-in on customer display” setting still doesn’t appear after those steps, let me know and we can take a closer look at what might be causing this.
