How can I control the emails that square sends to my customers? When I mark an item as shipped Square is sending an email to my customers that I don't want it to.

Thanks Terri. But I don't wan't to turn off the notifications to me. I wan't turn off the shipping notification to the customer when I check the box in Square that it has shipped.. I communicate with my customers directly regarding shipment. And I checked the item shipped box on an old order and It sent an email to the customer and they thought another order had gone through. That's my problem.

It's unfortunately not an option at the moment to "disable" the shipped notifications your customers receive when you mark an order as shipped.
