I have contacted Square and Star Micronics and I still can’t get printer to connect. I received a case number from Star Micronics and was advised it could take up to 72 hours before my case will be reviewed. It’s very frustrating to get any solutions. I have used every troubleshooting to no avail. Any suggestions?

Our star tsp100iii just started disconnecting over the weekend and now it won’t connect at all. We have used it with square since feb 2019 with no issues. I have tried all trouble shooting to no avail. The only thing I c ant do is turn off the Wi-Fi as we are in a food hall and that would mess with everyone here. Any other ideas?
Try going into your Router and checking the IP address assigned to the Printer. Make sure it is not assigned to anything else on your network. I had this issue because one of my security cameras was set by default as an IP address of a printer. I then Set static IP addresses for all my printers outside the DHCP list that my router assigns and have not had an issue. Did you add any new devices to your network? New Cell phone Tablet, printers etc, that might be getting or giving the same IP address on your network?
