How can I activate cards payment? Says is unable. What do I have to do? Thanks.

Hi there,

Im trying to use the reader for first time to my business ( I have been using it for a while for my old boss) I can not activate cards payment. How can I make it work?

If the issue is connecting the Square Reader to your mobile device, we've included a step-by-step guide to pairing your reader here. Ensure you have the Square Point of Sale app downloaded on your mobile device and you're logged into the correct Square Account before proceeding with these steps.
