Hi @BFLY731. Sorry you are having trouble with this. I used savings all year and had zero problems transferring money out when needed. In order to help you, though, you need to provide some more information, really. Are you getting error messages? If so what are they? Is there something you need that is missing from the transfer screens? It’s hard to know how to help you know what you are doing wrong if we don’t know exactly what you are doing.
