Hide Sold Out Items in Terminal

 I make mostly all one of items that I sell at a farmers market. Is there a way to not have the sold out items show up in my terminal? I’ve been doing this for about a year now, and it’s really hard when I open up my list of items, and the majority are sold out.

  If I delete them, would that delete out the record of them from everything, in terms of being in my sold items and everything?

  Not sure the best way to go about it, but I would love to not see them in my point of sale terminal!

I would also like this feature! I manage a small bar, and we sell a lot of small brewery beers. They are on rotation because they are all seasonal. So I do not want to delete the items and re-add them all the time. So to have the ability to Hide them would be nice when not in stock.

Thank you for reaching out on our Seller Community.  We understand the challenge you're facing. To hide sold-out items from your terminal, you can deactivate them instead of deleting them. Deactivating items will remove them from your active list but retain the item in your Item Library in case you want to use them in the future. This way, they won't appear on your terminal, making it easier for you to manage your available products. Feel free to take a closer look at how you can Create and Manage Items from the Square App.
