I clicked on the link in the email sent but it just spins and does not take me to the actual client. All of my clients have received services and any upcoming dates are clearly on the invoice
not sure how to proceed how do I find out who left the review saying it

Can you login to your account and does everything seems normal. (no banners or notifications)
You could also forward the email to [email protected] If yu are unsure, and /or reach out to customer service tomorrow morning.
