Help received email saying a client said service was not received all have been I can’t see who.

I clicked on the link in the email sent but it just spins and does not take me to the actual client. All of my clients have received services and any upcoming dates are clearly on the invoice 

not sure how to proceed how do I find out who left the review saying it 

To se why

the email says my account is temporarily on hold?

Can you login to your account and does everything seems normal.  (no banners or notifications) 

 

You could also forward the email to [email protected]    If yu are unsure, and /or reach out to customer service tomorrow morning.
