Gift cards not available at second location

I purchased gift cards for our cafe and we have been successfully selling them.  We have added a second location (under the same account) but when I try to enable gift cards to be sold there, it says I need to order them.  I though they could be used across both locations if they are under the same account.  How do I fix this?

Welcome to our Seller community, we're thrilled you have joined the conversation! 

 

If you have multiple locations with Square, your gift cards can be issued and redeemed at any location, as long as they're associated with the same Square account. Check out this article for more information.

 

Did you order the gift cards from us? If you did, you should be able to sell and use them at any of your locations. 

For third-party gift cards, you have the option to sell them as an item and redeem them during checkout, but we do not track the balance in third-party gift cards. 

 

Also, would you mind showing us where you're seeing the message about having to order them? If you can send a screenshot, that would be awesome!
