What hardware connects a Breckbell scale ?

Have a new Brecknell scale in a new system (iPad) I just bought from square. I used the cables sent to me— my iPad doesn’t recognize it. What can I do?

Make sure your Ipad and Square Ipad version are up to date with the newest versions.

Restart your Ipad

Reconnect your Scale

If all this does not help call support to see if they sent you the correct scale to work with your system.

I see 3 different scales or connecting hardware to be sent depending on the hardware you use.
