I'd be happy to provide the steps to help you set this up!
Please follow the below steps to create this rate on your Shipping profile:
1. First, navigate to the Shipping profile you have already created and select Edit.
2. Next, scroll down to where it says Rates on this page and select the option to Add another rate.
3. From the dropdown menu at the top, select Based on order total.
4. Enter a Name for this rate (e.g. Free Shipping over $60).
5. Next, set your shipping rate to $0.00, your order minimum to $60 and your order maximum if applicable (otherwise, you can leave this blank).
6. Be sure to hit the 'x' on any additional rates you don't need.
7. Enter your fallback rate if required.
8. Hit Done and then Save.
What I always suggest is that you test this new rate by adding items to your cart and going through the checkout flow until it gives you the option to select a shipping rate. If you have followed the above steps, you should see the option to select the free shipping rate at checkout.
