There are two different places you can add items and item images.
If you are selling physical in-person items, you need to go to your Item Library.
This library can always be located on the left-hand menu when you log into your Square account > Items.
If you are selling online items on a Square Online site, you need to go to your Square Online Overview.
This library can be located on the left-hand menu when you log into your Square account > Online > Items > Site Items.
