All the forms on my square online store are not letting people submit. The submit button has gone dark and nothing happens when you click on it. This is happening to all my forms and when I try to add a new one the same thing applies. Can someone help me with this issue?
I am having the exact same issues. Some people are able to do it, others are not. I just looked on my computer and it is not working. It might be chrome, some clients have advised to use another browser but I am getting a lot of emails telling me the same thing, they cannot submit information.
@z2bla I agree with @cmssca that this sounds like a browser issue. Chrome is our recommended browser, but if customers are using other browsers where it's not working, they might be outdated.
If this is an issue that multiple customers are experiencing regardless if they're using Chrome or not, would you mind reaching out to our Support Team so they can check it out?
