Food weighed in units coming up “Unsupported” on square for restaurant pos

I have about 17 different salads at different prices that we weigh out, but those items come up as “unsupported” as shown below. At first that display group would quit out the app anytime you clicked it but now it’s just showing up as unsupported. I need these to be accessible as they are key items in our cafe

I am only guessing at this as I do not use the scale option but do sell fudge by the lb.   I also deal with buying items by the lb but measure but the gallon or vice versa.

I noticed in your Picture that the Salads are under a heading of Case Items.

I am thinking if you buy the Lettuce in Cases, you are not entering How many LBS of Lettuce you received.  Meaning Square is saying since you bought it as a case, you can not break a case by weight.  You may need to weight the lettuce in a case to find out the weight to sell it by the LBS oz etc.  

We buy our fudge base by the case, but when we make a pan of Fudge we weigh it and enter 30 lbs of Chocolate fudge Received when its ready for sale.
