Facebook shops not connecting

I have been trying to connect my Square and Facebook Shops together, but Square keeps giving me this notification. I want to know if anyone else has gotten this as well and if you are still facing this issue or have gotten pasted it. I contacted Square and they are telling me it’s a bug.

I don't use Squares website feature but I can tell you from my website experience FB shops can be a hot mess. It's frustrating at times. I would try to reach out to FB directly.
