Error: Unable to start reader

Hi,

I am getting this error on my phone as per yesterday.

and it says that if the issue persists to contact my payment service provider.  
I’m using an iPhone 15

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Are you able to share a screenshot of the error message ? 

If you haven't already, I recommend going through all the following troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article Square Reader Troubleshooting - including a factory reset of the Reader.

 

Can you let me know if the issue persists ?
