You say you've moved your domain, can I check if you mean that or your website?
As your domain name can be with pretty much anyone. My own site is on the Square platform; the domain is with go daddy and I use iCloud+ for my email server.
To set up your email (or move etc) it's the settings where your domain name is managed.
If this is still with weebly then you'll be able to log on and change the DNS there the same as before.
If you've moved the domain registration to somewhere else they'll have their own login portal to be able to make changes.
Just as one last check - how are you trying to access your emails and has this changed since before the web move?
