Can you give a staff member permission to view only one category in Square reporting?

I have several sellers in my shop and i want to allow them to access stock counts and add new items to only there own category 

how can i do that

In Square, you can set permissions for staff members, but the ability to limit access to specific categories within reporting is not currently available. Staff permissions are more broadly defined, allowing you to grant or restrict access to the full reporting dashboard, but not to specific categories within it.

However, you can manage permissions for different parts of Square, such as sales, transactions, and employee management, via the "Team" settings. If you're looking to restrict access to specific reports, the best option would be to assign staff members roles with limited access or manually provide them access to specific reports as part of their assigned permissions.
