I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time reaching the support team. The only information I could find in the community is from an older thread here

 

I'm not sure if any of this information is relevant to you, but I hope it helps shed some light on the issue. As suggested, you can check the marketing section of your dashboard for your saved drafts, although it sounds like you may have already tried this.
