Checkout error

Hi guys! Hope you’re all doing well. 

 

Just had a message from a customer saying they’re having some trouble at checkout after entering card details and pressing order. They tried on Safari and Chrome with the same error. I’ve attached a screenshot. Grateful if anyone could help!

What your customer is seeing looks strange, indeed. Is this issue isolated to just this specific customer, or are you rather seeing it happen on multiple occasions? If it is one customer in-particular, it could be an issue related to the specific device they are using.

We would recommend they try another device as a first threshold of troubleshooting. We can start there and eliminate that potential causation first.

Hi @Joe , thanks for getting back!

 

Sadly I don’t get enough orders to see if it has happened to anyone else. But all the orders I’ve had so far haven’t reported any issues. I will ask if he used another device. I know he used two browsers: Safari and Chrome.
