I would like to edit the confirmation e-mail that gets sent when an order is placed for an event item, but when I navigate to that page, the only option is to edit the order confirmation for service items; how do I edit the order confirmation for event items?
Specifically, I would like to edit the Event Information that gets sent out in the e-mail:
We typically use three different item types (service, event, and membership) but all settings seem to be specific to service items with no option to select settings for other item types.

At this time you are able to customize the emails Square Online sends out by adding additional context but the default content is not editable. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers' interest in your request.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
