Checkout/Address problems

Does anyone else constantly have customers having issues with checking out?

 

I make about 3 or 4 sales on average per daily and about 5 times per week I have customers who can't checkout because their address is coming back as incorrect.

 

I get Square Support to help troubleshoot and they can never replicate the issue.

 

I'm getting so frustrated with this platform and wondering if it's just me with the issue or other sellers are having the same problem?

Yes I get calls every week, I believe I escalated to support once or maybe made a bug report can't really remember.

 

My theory was things like phone number or postal code needing the be in a specific format but the dialogue boxes are not locked to prevent out of format submissions

 

I believe they made some changes to the checkout screens recently on the website and it seems to have reduced my frequency of issues
