Edit appointment

HI I am setting up my booking appointment calendar and the times I'm available are all wrong. I put in the hours I'm available and it's reversed it. How do I edit this? I have wasted hours trying to find the edit function to change my booking times I'm available. This is a nightmare every time I have to do something it never works out and I literally waste hours trying to fix it. Thanks I'd appreciate any help.

  • What device is the issue occurring on? Eg an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, Square Register etc
  • Is the same issue occurring via the Appointments section of your Square Dashboard?
  • What time zone are your devices set to? Does this match the time zone set in the Square Point of Sale app? (see via Settings > Business Hours > Time Zone on iPhone. It may be slightly different for other devices)
  • What city do you reside in?

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"
