Drag and Drop Marketing Editor Issues on Android Tablet

I am having issues using the drag and drop features on marketing emails using my Galaxy Tab 7. I've tried it on other android tablets as well and can not get items to drag and drop into an email template. I've tried with my mouse and with touch and neither works. I've tried about every browser out there all in desktop mode..I've even tried an extension that spoofs my user agent to trick the square site into thinking I'm using safari. Does anyone have a work around? It'd be pretty sad if I can't properly use this service that I pay for on an android tablet or chromebook and am relegated to only buying apple and windows equipment.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with getting your marketing editor to work on your tablet. It sounds like you've done a number of troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. 

Have you tried using Google Chrome in desktop mode on your tablet? Or any other browser troubleshooting with Safari?

Hey Kassi, yes I've tried Chrome in desktop mode. I've also tried to change the user agent of my browser to safari. I've also tried using Samsung Dex which gives you a desktop environment.

Have you been in touch with our CS Team about this yet? From what I can tell you've tried all of the troubleshooting steps I would recommend and still seeing this issue.
