Does anyone know if Square will integrate with Fullbay?

I dont even know if Im on the right board but hope someone can answer or guide me. We are a mobile repair shop, we do not use quickbooks we keep it all on square but we are looking at intergrating Fullbay for our mechanics. they intigrate with quickbooks but I honestly perfer square. Is there a way to connect these two? I'd hate to change up because square hasn't caused me issues other than it not being able to take a percentage of a sale when it comes to ACH deposits. ACH deposits also dont earn me the option for a Square business loan like CC transactions do. Our customers pay NET30 so they make check or ACH payments. Fullbay has everything I need to run things efficiently but I really need it to integrate with Square.

Hi @LightningLous.  This is a tricky question, but I’ll give it a go.

Fullbay is a complete solution for your industry.  As such it offers its own payment processing and other things that Square offers.  In reality, it is probably not meant to be used with other payment processors (like Square).  However, oftentimes apps like Fullbay do offer alternatives for payment processors, etc.  However, that is a question that ONLY Fullbay will be able to answer.

Square has APIs to allow third-party software providers to connect to our Square accounts.  So, theoretically, what you want to do IS possible, but ONLY if Fullbay agrees and adds the functionality.  And they will only do this if they feel as a company that it is something that will add to their broader market appeal and to their bottom line.

Which is my long way of explaining why you’ll need to reach out to Fullbay.  Either they will want to do this or they won’t.  If they won’t you don’t have much choice if you want to keep using both Fullbay and Square.  That’s a decision you’ll have to weigh once Fullbay gives you their decision.

Good luck.
