Has anyone here ever processed a refund via Zelle/cash/check after the customer made a purchase with a credit card? And after the refund was completed, did the same customer file a dispute for the credit card purchase.
Unfortunately we haven’t experienced this! We do have a policy that however items were purchased is the way that funds will be returned to avoid situations like this!
