Discounted pricing based on quantity ordered

Hello. I have a site selling aftermarket guitar parts. I would like to add a new item with tiered pricing, so the customer can get a discount by ordering multiple. As far as I know there is no way to do this. I really want to keep my sales all in one place and not have to link my customers to an outside seller like etsy or something...

Hello @bensonite ! Welcome to the Seller Community!

This is definitely doable utilizing automated discounts!

-Create a new discount at Dashboard -> Items & Services -> Items -> Discounts (do this from the web dashboard, not the app)

-Set the discount amount to be whatever percentage you want each item to be discounted by when the discount takes effect.

-Enable Discount Rules. For your example, you'll want to choose Quantity. On the next screen where you see the Grey Quantity text, enter how many items need to be purchased before the discount applies.

-Enter the item(s) you want for discounting. (don't use categories if you want this to work online)

-Click the Add Discount Rule. Choose Exact Quantity if the customer can only buy a set amount or Minimum quantity if the customer can buy beyond the discount limit.

Choose if this is available for in person and/or online.

So for my example, I have it set up that if a customer buys 5 or more drip coffees, they get a 20% discount. I took the screen shot before I selected online, but you can see where to enable it here.

Hope this helps!
