Deleting a paid invoice

I Needed to make a change  on a invoice with a different business name, i tried deleting it, it was already paid by the customer, i made another invoice and sent it along as paid as well. How do i delete one of them? Square said it cant be done, now this will show in my books as 2 invoices. Any help is grealty appreciated.

Unfortunately, there is no way to delete a paid invoice.  You can refund an invoice, but I'll be honest, I don't know what that will do. If they paid by check, it would just remove the payment, but I believe the invoice would still be there, unpaid.
