I deleted an item from my site items, however, it's still showing up in my shop. It does say it's Out of Stock, but is there any way to remove this from site? When clicking on the item it gives a 404 error.
HI, the 404 error indicates the item was deleted. Have you checked on a different browser or cleared your cache?

I got so frustrated I left it alone and haven't looked at it in over a week - just checked and the situation apparently resolved itself, item is gone! Hope yours gets figured out!
I'm having same issue. Tried hiding item, then deleted it completely. It still shows on the online ordering site even after clearing cached images and cookies. If you click on it, then nothing happens, it just spins

Can you please confirm your website URL and the name of the item that is still showing? We can try to re-index the site to see if that resolves the issue.
Hi, I am having this same issue. I deleted two items from my site items list 3 days ago and they are still showing on my website. I have cleared cache and tried different computers/mobile phones. How can I get the items to go away?
