We use Square on our BigCommerce website and recently we have had some transactions not go through due to "declined, Message: invalid_request_error - The order cannot have more than 300 line items.". We wholesale small vials of body oils, lotions, sprays etc. and a customer can order 1 bottle or thousands of bottles. Due to this new implementation which no one from Square can provide any answers about, a customer cannot place a large order that has more than 300 line items. This is very easy to do on our website when someone places a wholesale order. I am not sure why this was implemented but it seems like one of those, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" kind of things. Nothing was wrong before and now due to this stupid, arbitrary limit, customers cannot place large orders on our website. I suppose the only solution to this is to use another payment processor since no one from Square seems to care enough to listen. They suggested I visit the seller community, so here I am... Anyone else have this problem?
