No payment link in emailed invoice

Hi -  

 

I've created my first invoice for a customer and emailed it to them, but NO payment link/option is showing up on the invoice.  We are a brick + mortar store.  I have selected payment method of credit or debit card on the invoice.

 

When I preview the invoice, it's just what the customer would like to purchase, but no link or icon or place for them to put their CC info to pay.  

 

Am I missing something?  Please help!  I've looked all over the net and have done everything all the walkthroughs mention.

It certainly seems that you have done your fair share of troubleshooting. If you haven't done so yet, your best chance here is to reach out to our Support team for them to look into your account with you and find what could be causing this inconvenience.  Please reach out by phone when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.

Same problem!  I just set up with Square and did a sample invoice and found no information on paying online!
