We have had multiple reports of customers suddenly not getting our marketing emails, even though they have not unsubscribed - including our own staff. Furthermore, these folks have not been able to re-subscribe to email, even by filling out the "please subscribe me" form on our website.
How can we figure out what is happening? We don't know how many people this has happened to or why.
Hi @ditano. It sounds like something is up with the customer list on the back end. I reached out to our Marketing team to see if there are any issues they're aware of. I'll let you know when I hear back from them.
