I have multiple regular customers who rely on emailed receipts for business purposes and for some reason, some emails are gone. I realize if they get a new card, yada yada. But this is not the case. Just yesterday I had someone re-enter their email, they got the receipt. I went back in to send it again (as a test) and the email was gone again. We do not have the time to have them enter their email each time-- on top of them not having access to iPad as we are behind plexiglass at the moment.
@Maggies_lunch Have you gone through these troubleshooting steps for the POS app? Try those if you haven't yet, and let me know if you're still having trouble with the email addresses saving.
