Customer details required when booking an appointment that has an automatic contract sent via email

not all my customers are entering their email address in order for my system to send out terms and conditions forms to sign, is there a way i can change the domain from email to phone number

I've just tried to book an appointment on your site, and I received an โ€œEmail address is requiredโ€ prompt that stopped me from moving forward. At this time, Square Appointments requires an email address to send contracts, and canโ€™t be replaced with a phone number.

If your customers arenโ€™t receiving their contracts automatically after booking, this could indicate a potential billing issue with your Appointments Plus or Premium subscription.

As a first step, I recommend checking that your Square Appointments Plus or Premium subscription and payment details are currently up to date:

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Account & Settings > Pricing & Subscriptions.

If everything looks correct but your customers still aren't receiving contracts after booking, please reach out to our Support team here, and a member of the team would be happy to investigate further.
