Does anyone else wish square would fix their costs calculating method. Currently its suppose to use the FICO method but it does not. It actually uses the cost of the last item received. Example
Item a purchased @ $200 cost per purchase order cost is set at $200
Same item stock received at a later date when you enter the new cost of the same item it will update the item to that new cost.
This adds yet another useless feature of square retail. We are left with manually using sheets to calculate our cogs.
Square has acknowledged the technical issue for the past year but has not offered any updates or plans to fix.
