I am getting a message saying in order to use my reader, I have to install the app. I have the app. I updated my phone and the app. I also then deleted and reinstalled the app. I restarted my phone. I can do credit card payments manually but I need to figure this out. Thanks!
Happy Monday @Loriponton - What mobile device (model, make, and operating system) are you using? Are you plugging in a swipe card reader or using a BT connection to a chip reader? Are you connecting the reader before opening the app, might have the app open and operating before connecting. Send over more details and we might be able to help out more.
